Psychogenic vomiting, also referred to as emetophobia, is a condition characterized by frequent episodes of uncontrollable vomiting in the absence of any physiological cause. Unlike typical nausea or vomiting which is induced by corporeal factors, psychogenic vomiting is primarily a mental response to traumatic experiences. Patients with psychog
